Privacy
Short version: what you send me stays with me.
A site that argues for treating people well shouldn't bury this in six pages of boilerplate, so here it is plainly.
What I collect
Only what you type into the intake form: your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, your business type and location, and whatever you tell me about what's going on. Nothing is collected about you before you decide to send it.
What I do with it
I read it, reply to it, and use it to plan your evaluation. That's the whole list. I don't sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. I don't add you to a mailing list; there isn't one.
Who else touches it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and land in my email. Those two companies process it on my behalf and nobody else sees it.
Analytics
If the site is running analytics, it's a privacy-respecting, cookie-free setup that counts page views in aggregate. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no profile of you.
What happens during an evaluation
Notes and photos from a visit are about the experience, not about individuals. I don't record audio or video, I don't name staff members in a report, and findings from your business are never shown to anyone else without your say-so.
Getting it deleted
Email kevin@guestcrafters.com and ask. I'll delete your submission and confirm that I have.
